JUDGEMENT

(1.) In the present writ petition, the petitioner has prayed for the following reliefs:-

(2.) The petitioner is claiming promotion to the post of Deputy Executive Engineer from the Additional Assistant Engineer from the date of his junior i.e. the respondent no.3, who was promoted to such post.

(3.) At the relevant time, the petitioner was working under the respondent no.2 and he was appointed as Additional Assistant Civil Engineer Supervisor on temporary post in the pay-scale of Rs.425.00600/-.
