JUDGEMENT

By this petition, the petitioners have prayed for direction to the respondent no.4 to comply with the letter dtd. 14/7/2021 issued by the Deputy Conservator of Forest, Samajik Vanikaran Vibhag, Vadodara whereby, the direction has been issued to the Range Forest Officer, Samajik Vanikaran Range, Pavi Jetpur to file a complaint. Mr. Krutik Parikh, learned Assistant Government Pleader appearing for the respondent no.1, was required to take instructions.
