JUDGEMENT

(1.) This successive bail application is filed by the applicant pursuant to the liberty granted by this Court vide order dated 07.08.2020, whereby this Court granted liberty to the applicant to file fresh application before the Sessions Court after a period of six months.

(2.) The present application is filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, for regular bail in connection with FIR being I-154 of 2019 registered with Pradhyuman Nagar Police Station, Rajkot for offence under Sections 302, 323, 324, 504 and 114 of the Indian Penal Code and section 135 of the Gujarat Police Act.

(3.) Learned Advocate appearing on behalf of the applicant submits that considering the nature of the offence, the applicant may be enlarged on regular bail by imposing suitable conditions.
