By way of the present application filed under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, the applicant-accused has prayed for bail in connection with the FIR being C.R.No.11191029210006 of 2021 registered with Rakhiyal Police Station, Ahmedabad City, District Ahmedabad for the offences under Sections 65(a), 65(e), 116-B, 81 and 98(2) of the Gujarat Prohibition Act, 1949.
