JUDGEMENT

(1.) The present application is filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, for regular bail in connection with FIR being CR No.11217029200964 of 2020 registered with Sami Police Station, Patan for the offence under Sections 143, 144, 147, 148, 149, 307, 326, 324, 323, 294(b), 504, 506(2) and 120B of the Indian Penal Code and Section 135 of the Gujarat Police Act.

(2.) Learned Advocate appearing on behalf of the applicants submits that considering the nature of the offence, the applicant may be enlarged on regular bail by imposing suitable conditions. Top
