JUDGEMENT

(1.) Learned Advocate for the applicants does not press this application qua applicant No.1­ DILIPBHAI BABUBHAI SOSA. The application stands disposed of as not pressed qua the aforesaid applicant No.1 with a liberty to file a fresh application before the concerned Trial Court, as the application is filed before the charge­sheet. Rule is discharged.

(2.) This application is filed by the applicants under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for regular bail in connection with FIR registered as C.R. No.I­11208053202266 of 2020 with RAJKOT TALUKA POLICE STATION, DISTRICT­ RAJKOT CITY, for the offence punishable under Sections 307, 325, 323, 504, 143, 147, 148, 149, 506(2) of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 135 of G.P. Act.

(3.) Learned advocate appearing on behalf of the applicants submits that considering the nature of offence, the applicants may be enlarged on regular bail by imposing suitable conditions.
