JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard the learned advocates for the respective parties by video conferencing.

(2.) By way of the present application under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, the applicant-accused has prayed for bail in connection with the FIR being C.R. No.11195050210184 of 2021 registered with Tharad Police Station, Dist.Banaskantha for the offences under Sections 498A, 306 and 114 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860.

It is the case of the prosecution that the daughter of the first informant Varshaben got married 15 years back with accused No.1 - Sureshbhai Sakrabhai Parmar and out of that wedlock, they have two children. It is alleged that on 01.03.2021, she received a phone call from one Jorabhai that her daughter - Varshaben has committed suicide by hanging herself due to harassment of her husband as well as accused Nos.2, 3 and 4.
