(1.) Heard, learned Advocate, Mr. S.P. Majmudar, assisted by learned Advocate, Mr. Kaushal Patel, appearing for the petitioner.

(2.) Learned Advocate, Mr. Majmudar, submitted that the lecturers, who are pursuing further studies under the Quality Improvement Programme (QIP), are protected by this Court in Special Civil Application No. 11220 of 2018 and the allied matters, which are referred to in the Memo of this petition.
