JUDGEMENT

(1.) Present Appellants, who were the original Respondents in Special Civil Application No. 8250 of 1995, have challenged the oral judgment and order dated 24th July, 2014 passed by the learned Single Judge of this Court Coram: [Hon'ble Mr. Justice G.R.Udhwani] in Special Civil Application No. 8250 of 1995 wherein, directions were issued to refix the seniority of the present respondent, who is the original Petitioner, above his juniors while he was serving in the office of Mamlatdar, Dhandhuka and consequential thereupon all the benefits based upon the seniority.
