JUDGEMENT

(1.) The Applicant - Ashaben D/o. Pratapbhai Rupaji Rathod has filed this successive regular bail application under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for enlarging her on Regular Bail in connection with FIR being I-C.R. No. 79 of 2019 registered with Kathlal Police Station, District -Kheda for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 201 and 317 of the Indian Penal Code.

(2.) Heard learned Advocate Mr. Darshit R. Brahmbhatt for the Applicant and learned APP Mr. Dharmesh Devnani for the Respondent - State through Video Conference.

(3.) The brief facts of the case are that the Police Head Constable - Budhabhai Bababhai and Police Constable - Dalpatsinh Chhababhai had received an information that one dead body of an infant aged about 2 months was found near Narmada Canal at Village - Ladvel. Accordingly, FIR in question came to be filed against unknown person.
