JUDGEMENT

(1.) This application is filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, for regular bail in connection with C.R.No.11215029200173 of 2020 registered with Tarapur Police Station, District : Anand for the offences punishable under Sections 363, 365, 385, 395, 397, 504, 506(2) and 114 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 135 of the Gujarat Police Act.

(2.) Rule was already issued by this Court vide order dated 05.05.2021.

(3.) Heard learned advocate for the applicant and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor through Video Conferencing.
