JUDGEMENT

(1.) RULE . Mr.L.B.Dabhi, learned APP waives service of rule for the respondent-State.

(2.) This application is filed by the applicant under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for regular bail in connection with FIR registered as C.R.I/94/2019 with Gomtipur Police Station, Ahmedabad for the offence punishable under Sections 376(2)(f), 316, 498(A)(A), 323, 324, 504 and 506(2) of the Indian Penal Code.

(3.) Learned advocate appearing on behalf of the applicant submits that considering the nature of offence, the applicant may be enlarged on regular bail by imposing suitable conditions.
