JUDGEMENT

(1.) The present application is filed under Sec. 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, for regular bail in connection with FIR being I-CR No.11189004210934 of 2021 registered with Morbi City "B" Division Police Station, Morbi for offence under Ss. 274, 275, 308, 420 , 120B, 34, 304, 465, 467, 468, 469, 471, 201, 406, 483, 486 , 487, 276 of the Indian Penal Code, under Ss. 3, 7 and 11 of the Essential Commodities Act, Sec. 53 of the Disaster Management Act and Sec. 27 of the Drugs and Cosmetics Act .

(2.) Learned Advocate appearing on behalf of the applicant submits that considering the nature of the offence, the applicant may be enlarged on regular bail by imposing suitable conditions.

(3.) Learned APP appearing on behalf of the respondent-State has opposed grant of regular bail looking to the nature and gravity of the offence.
