JUDGEMENT

(1.) Originally, present petition was fixed on 25/10/2021, but at the request of learned advocate Mr. Hemal Shah for the petitioners, hearing of present petition was preponed and scheduled today.

(2.) The corpus is produced before the Court by Ms. Sonalba Vishnusinh, Woman Lok Rakshak, Sola Police Station, Ahmedabad. We have interacted with the corpus, who is aged 19 years of age. Initially, on 5/10/2021, the corpus has shown her willingness to join the respondent No.3, but as he was not of marriageable age, she was suggested to go with her parents, but she refused to do so and opted to stay at Women Protection Home.

(3.) Today, the corpus, in presence of her parents, expressed her desire to join with her parents " " petitioners herein and further, the petitioners assures that they will take care of her and thus, the corpus expressed her readiness to join the company of her parents.
