JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard Mr.Vimal A. Purohit, learned advocate appearing for the petitioner. Mr.Purohit, learned advocate has placed on record the order dated 25.06.2021 passed in Special Civil Application No.8246 of 2021 wherein, the order dated 01.06.2021 passed in appeal application No.AR/10/2021 was challenged. It is submitted that the order dated 25.06.2021, was carried in appeal being Letters Patent Appeal No.552 of 2021 and the Hon'ble Division Bench, vide order dated 07.07.2021, in paragraphs 4 and 5 has issued directions and disposed of the Letters Patent Appeal as well as Special Civil Application, which read thus:

(2.) In view of the order dated 07.07.2021 passed in Letters Patent Appeal No.552 of 2021, the grievance of the petitioner stands redressed.

(3.) In view of above, the present writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
