JUDGEMENT

(1.) RULE. Mr. LB Dabhi, learned Additional Public Prosecutor waives service of rule on behalf of the respondent-State.

(2.) This application is filed by the applicant under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for regular bail in connection with FIR registered as C.R. No.I 11196016200395 of 2020 with Makarpura Police Station, Vadodara City for the offence punishable under Sections 302, 307, 294(b), 114 of the Indian Penal Code.

(3.) Learned advocate appearing on behalf of the applicant submits that considering the nature of offence, the applicant may be enlarged on regular bail by imposing suitable conditions.
