JUDGEMENT

(1.) This petition is basically for the purpose of assailing the action of the State authorities whereby the recommendation of the High Court had not been accepted. Vide letter dated 02.07.2019, the Registrar General, informed the Secretary, Legal Department, Government of Gujarat informed that the Hon'ble The Acting Chief Justice of High Court of Gujarat was pleased to recommend the revision of pay­scale for the post of 'Computer Operator' working on the establishment of the High Court of Gujarat as Rs.9300­34,300/­ with Grade Pay of Rs.4200/­ instead of Rs.5200­20,200/­ with Grade Pay of Rs.1900/­ as per the Sixth Pay Commission. It appears that this recommendation of the High Court which was moved through Legal Department was not accepted by the State Government, which has given rise to the filing of the present petition.
