This application is filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for regular bail in connection with F.I.R. registered at C.R.No.11206043210394 of 2021 (Old C.R.No.I-79 of 2021) with Mehsana Taluka Police Station for the offences punishable under Sections 365, 427, 143, 364(A), 452, 147, 149, 323, 504, 506(2) and 120(B) of IPC and under section 135 of GP Act.
