JUDGEMENT

(1.) The petitioner has preferred this petition, seeking invocation of extraordinary jurisdiction of this Court under Article 226 and supervisory jurisdiction under Section 227 of the Constitution of India as also inherent powers of this Court under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973.

(2.) This application is preferred seeking release of the two wheeler -Hero Honda 'Hero Delux bearing registration No.GJ-20-Q-9729, bearing Chassis No.MBLHA11EWD9J21276 and Engine No.HA11EFD9J27881.

(3.) It is the case of the petitioner that he is the owner of the aforesaid vehicle and it is duly registered with the transport department of the Government of Gujarat.
