(2.) The petitioners, who are the original defendants, before learned Trial Court in Special Civil Suit No.No.206 of 2015, have challenged the order dtd. 28/3/2019 passed by the learned Additional Senior Civil Judge, Rajkot below Exh.45 and Exh.53.
