JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard learned advocate Mr. Manish M. Kaushik appearing for the appellants.

(2.) This is an appeal under Order 43 Rule 1 filed by the appellants herein being aggrieved and dissatisfied by the order of the Court below directing both the parties to maintain statusquo with regard to the suit property.

(3.) Learned advocate Mr. Manish M. Kaushik appearing for the appellants submits that it will be in the interest of justice if the trial Court is directed to expedite the suit proceedings.
