JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard the learned advocates for the respective parties by video conferencing.

(2.) By way of the present application filed under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, the applicant-accused has prayed for bail in connection with the FIR being C.R. No.I-13 of 2019 registered with Mahila Police Station (West), Dist.Ahmedabad for the offences punishable under Sections 498A, 323, 294(b) and 114 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860.

The contents of the F.I.R. reveal that the first informant has levelled accusation against the applicant that on 04.11.2016, upon the taunts given by his mother, he had assaulted the first informant thus, narration of the accused reveal that the incident in question has happened on 04.11.2016 and the F.I.R. is filed on 20.02.2019.
