JUDGEMENT

(1.) RULE. Mr. Hardik Soni, learned Additional Public Prosecutor waives service of rule on behalf of the respondent- State.

(2.) This application is filed by the applicant under Sec. 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for regular bail in connection with FIR registered as C.R. No. 11195010200694 of 2020 with Palanpur West Police Station, Banaskantha for the offence punishable under Ss. 65(a) , 65(e) , 116(b) , 81 , 98(2) , 99 of Prohibition Act.

(3.) Learned advocate appearing on behalf of the applicant submits that considering the nature of offence, the applicant may be enlarged on regular bail by imposing suitable conditions.
