JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard learned advocate Mr. Gaurav Mathur for Singhi and Company appearing for the appellant and learned advocate Mr. Maulik M. Soni for the respondent.

(2.) This is an Appeal from Order under Order 43, Rule 1 of the Code of Civil Procedure challenging the impugned order passed by the learned Principal Senior Civil Judge, Rajula dated 13/7/2018 directing both the parties to maintain status quo with regard to the suit property as on date.

(3.) Learned advocates appearing for the parties jointly submits that the Court below be directed to decide the suit as expeditiously as possible.
