JUDGEMENT

(1.) This petition for writ of habeas corpus came to be filed by the petitioner - Janakkumar Jivrambhai Joshi who wanted production and custody of the corpus named Dharmishtaben Virbhanbhai Patel who is 21 years of age.

(2.) According to the case of the petitioner, he and the corpus had married on 06th July, 2021 and the marriage certificate was issued by Talati-cum-Mantri of Deesa.

(3.) On 10th August, 2021 the corpus was produced before the Court. When the Court had ascertained the wish, corpus sated that she would prefer to go with petitioner-her husband with whom she had married.
