(1.) This application is filed by the applicant - accused under Sec. 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for enlarging the applicant on Regular Bail in connection with C. R. No. 11190005210725 of 2021 registered with Paliyad Police Station, District: Botad for the offences punishable under Ss. 65(E) , 98(2) , 81 and 116-B of the Prohibition Act.
