JUDGEMENT

(1.) AS common question on law and facts are involved in this group of petitions they are disposed of by this common judgment.

(2.) IN this group of petitions, the petitioners have prayed to quash and set aside the order dated 28.11.2006 passed by the learned Joint District Judge, Panchmahals,Godhra in Misc. Civil Appeal Nos. 61/2006, 64/2006, 62/2006, 63/2006 and 65/2006, whereby the status-quo as prayed for was granted till the final disposal of the suit.

(3.) WITH the above observations and directions, the petitions stand disposed of. No order as to costs.
