JUDGEMENT

(1.) LEARNED advocate Ms. Lilu Bhaya for the petitioner-Deputy Engineer (O&M), Pashchim Gujarat Vij Company Limited submitted that though served, the respondents have chosen not to appear before the Court.

(2.) LEARNED advocate for the petitioner submitted that in both these matters, the same question is involved as was involved in Special Civil Application No.8264 of 2009 and other allied matters, decided by this Court (Coram: Hon'ble Mr. Justice K.A. Puj) on 13.5.2010. LEARNED advocate for the petitioner produced a copy of the said judgment and relied upon the same.
