JUDGEMENT

(1.) IN this appeal, appellant challenges the judgment and order dated 21.10.2010 passed by the learned Single Judge in SCA No. 6880 of 1990, whereby the learned Single Judge, having found no merit in the petition, summarily rejected the same.

(2.) THE record reveals that the challenge before the learned Single Judge was to the order dated 28.7.1989 passed by Gujarat Revenue Tribunal in Revision Application No.TEN-BS-150 of 1984, whereby the Revision Application preferred by the petitioner was rejected.
