JUDGEMENT

(1.) WE have heard Ms. Neeta J.Merchant, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Ms.Rita Chandarana, learned counsel appearing for the respondents.

(2.) THIS petition has been filed challenging the order of Central Administrative Tribunal dated 12.8.2003 passed in O.A.No. 302 of 2011 with M.A.No.380 of 2001. The petitioner retired as Senior Clerk from the services of the respondents and had filed O.A.for grant of benefit of upgradation to him in the scale of Rs. 950-1500 at par with Tally Clerks and for quashing the order dated 23.6.2000 and 17.8.2000 by which the claim of the petitioner was rejected.
