JUDGEMENT

(1.) WE have heard Mr.D.G.Chauhan, learned counsel for the appellants; Mr.N.J.Shah, learned AGP for respondent Nos.1 to 4, and Mr.H.S.Munshaw, learned counsel appearing for respondent Nos.5 and 6.

(2.) THIS intra Court appeal has been filed challenging the judgment and order dated 22.9.2010, passed by the learned Single Judge in Special Civil Application No. 9683 of 2010, by which the learned Single Judge has dismissed the writ petition filed by the appellants.

(3.) IN view of the order passed in the main appeal, the Civil Application for stay is also dismissed.
