(1.) THIS Misc. Civil Application has been filed by the applicant seeking the following main reliefs:
(2.) HEARD learned advocate, Mr.Amit Panchal for Ms.Shivani Rajpurohit for the applicant, learned AGP, Mr.L.R.Pujari, for the respondent Nos.1 and 2, learned advocate, Mr.Pranav Desai for the respondent No.3 and learned Senior Counsel, Mr.A.J.Patel for the respondent No.4.

HE has drawn my attention towards para 17 of the said judgment wherein it has been held as under: If such power of correcting its own record is denied to the High Court, when it notices the apparent errors its consequence is that the superior status of the High Court will dwindle down, Therefore, it is only proper to think that the plenary powers of the High Court would include the power of review relating to errors apparent on the face of record. HE has also relied on another decision of the Apex Court reported in M/s Northern India Caterers (India) Ltd. Vs. Lt. Governor of Delhi reported in AIR 1980 Supreme Court page 674.
