JUDGEMENT

(1.) RULE. Mr. K.L.Pandya, learned APP. appears and waives service on behalf of respondents No. 1, 2, 3 and 4. Mr.Premal Joshi, learned Advocate appears and waives service on behalf of respondent Nos. 5, 6 and 7.

(2.) THE petitioner and respondent Nos. 5, 6 and 8 (corpus) are before us. THE petitioner's father Chandubhai is also before us.

(3.) THE petitioner has made a complaint to District Superintendent of Police, Kheda, against respondent Nos.5,6 and the Balasinor Police Authorities for the offences punishable under sections 365, 341, 342, 504, 506(2) and 114 IPC dated 19.02.2011. He has agreed not to press the complaint in light of his re-union with the corpus.
