JUDGEMENT

(1.) THE present application has been preferred by the applicant-wife under Section 24 of the Code of Civil Procedure for transfer of Hindu Marriage Petition No. 761/2010 filed by the opponent pending in the Court of learned Family Court, Ahmedabad to the Court of learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), Kalol, District Gandhinagar.

(2.) THOUGH served, nobody appears on behalf of the opponent-husband. Considering the difficulty and the inconvenience to be faced to the applicant in attending the proceedings at the learned Family Court, Ahmedabad as the applicant is having six year minor child and she is not in a position to attend the proceedings at learned Family Court, Ahmedabad frequently and/or it will cause inconvenience to her, the present application is allowed. As stated hereinabove, though served, nobody appears on behalf of the opponent.
