(1.) HEARD learned counsel Mr. Deepak Sanchela for the appellant, Ms. Jirgha Jhaveri, learned Assistant Government Pleader appearing for respondent Nos.1,2 & 4 and Mr. Chirag B. Patel, learned counsel appearing for respondent No.3.

(2.) LEARNED Assistant Government Pleader Ms. Jirgha Jhaveri has filed an affidavit-in-reply sworn by Mr. D. J. Yogi, Mamlatdar working in the office of Director of Municipalities wherein an order dated 24.08.2011 passed by Director of Municipalities has been filed which shows that the Director has sanctioned for absorption of the appellants by the respondent No.3 Municipality.
