IN this group of 11 appeals, under section 54 of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894 (Act for short), the appellants, State Authorities, have questioned the common judgment and award passed by the learned Second Extra Assistant Judge and Special Judge (LAR), Ahmedabad Rural, at Mirzapur, Ahmedabad, dated 3.12.99 in Land Reference Cases No.130/91 to 134/91 and 136/91 to 141/91.
