JUDGEMENT

(1.) This is an application for anticipatory bail under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, in connection with C.R.No.11197057201311 of 2020 registered with Waghodiya Police Station, Dist: Vadodara Rural, for the offence punishable under Sections 406, 420, 465, 467, 468, 471 and 114 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3 and 7 of the Essential Commodities Act.

(2.) Rule was already issued by this Court.

(3.) Heard learned advocate for the applicant and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State through Video Conferencing.
