(3.) By way of present application under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, the applicantaccused has prayed for anticipatory bail in connection with the FIR being C. R. No.III-188 of 2019 registered with Naliya Police Station, District Kachchh Bhuj for the offence punishable under Sections 65(a)(e), 81 and 98(2) of the Prohibition Act.
