The present application is filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, for regular bail in connection with FIR being C.R.No.I?11203037200044 of 2020 registered with Manavadar Police Station, Junagadh for the offence under Sections 307 , 324 , 323 , 143 , 147 , 148 , 149 , 427 of IPC and Section 235 (1?b)(a) of the Arms Act .
