JUDGEMENT

(1.) This application is filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, for regular bail in connection with C.R.-I No.280 of 2019 registered with Anjar Police Station, Kachchh (East) Gandhidham for the offences punishable under Sections 376(2)(N) and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

(2.) Rule was already issued by this Court vide order dated 26.11.2020.

(3.) Heard learned advocate for the applicant and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor through Video Conferencing.
