(1.) This application is filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, for regular bail in connection with C.R.-I No.50 of 2019 registered with Petlad Rural Police Station, Anand for the offences punishable under Sections 120B, 406, 420, 465, 467, 468, 469 and 471 of the Indian Penal Code.
