JUDGEMENT

(1.) This application is filed by the applicant - accused under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for enlarging the applicant on Regular Bail in connection with C. R. No. 11821020200026 of 2020, registered with Fatehpura Police Station, District: Dahod for the offences punishable under Sections 392 and 114 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 ( IPC ).

(2.) Heard learned advocate Mr. Jucky Lucky Chan for the applicant and learned APP Mr. H. K. Patel for the respondent - State through video conference.
