The present application is filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, for regular bail in connection with FIR being C.R.No. I 11993005200601 of 2020 registered with Aadesar Police Station, Kuchchh (East) Gandhidham, for offence under Sections 302, 143,144,147,148,149 and 34 of the IPC and 135 of the G.P. Act.
