JUDGEMENT

(1.) By way of present petition filed under Articles 226 of the Constitution of India, the following prayers have been made:

(2.) Though served, private respondent No. 5, at whose instance the proceedings were initiated, has chosen not to appear before this Court nor has engaged any advocate though the matter is pending since 2015.

(3.) The short facts of the case put forward by the petitioner are as under:
