JUDGEMENT

(1.) This Application is filed by the Applicant - Accused under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of Regular Bail in connection with I-C.R. No.59/2019 registered with Cyber Crime Police Station, District Ahmedabad for the offences punishable under Sections 376 , 354(D) of IPC and Sections 66(E) , 66(C) , 67 , 67(A) , 67(B) of IT Act and Sections 3, 4, 5(L), 6, 7, 8, 11, 12, 14 of POCSO Act.

(2.) Heard learned Advocate Ms. Foram U. Trivedi for the Applicant and learned APP Mr. H.K. Patel for the Respondent State through Video Conference.

(3.) Learned Advocate for the Applicant / Accused has submitted that the Applicant Accused is innocent as he has not taken part in the offence as alleged. He has family roots in the society and therefore he is not likely to flee away from justice. That he will abide by whatever conditions imposed by the Hon'ble Court. She further submitted that the charge sheet is filed. She has therefore prayed to grant bail to the Applicant Accused.
