JUDGEMENT

(1.) Learned advocate Mr.Anvesh Vyas appears for the applicant whereas learned Additional Public Prosecutor Ms.Jirga Jhaveri is for the respondent - State.

(2.) The present Criminal Miscellaneous Application is filed in Special Criminal Application No.9673 of 2019. What is prayed in this application is to produce the corpus Sahenaben Nurmahammadsha Fakir who happens to be sister of the applicant herein. The corpus is at presently in Nari Sanrakshan Gruh, Palanpur.

(3.) It may be noted that the present applicant had moved the aforementioned Special Criminal Application No.9673 of 2019 for writ of habeas corpus on the ground that respondents had illegally detained her.
