JUDGEMENT

(1.) This is an application seeking temporary bail for a period of 15 days on the ground of demise of the paternal aunt of the applicant (Faiba) on 26.6.2020.

(2.) The applicant is before this Court urging that his Paternal aunt Jasuben aged 70 years passed away on 26.6.2020. The death certificate is also annexed. He does not have father and his mother being old and ailing and he being the eldest in the family, his presence would be necessary for and on behalf of the entire family. It is his say that the post death ceremony is scheduled from 4.7.2020 till 8.7.2020 and therefore, he may be permitted to be released on temporary bail for the period of 15 days.

(3.) Issue Rule. Learned Special Public Prosecutor Mr. Kodekar waives service of rule for and on behalf of the CBI and Ms. Jhaveri for the Respondent State.
