(1.) Heard Mr. Dipan Desai, learned advocate for the applicants, Mr. Prakash Jani, learned senior advocate with Mr. Archit Jani, learned advocate for the respondent Nos.1 and 2 and Ms. Manisha L. Shah, learned Government Pleader with Ms. Aishwarya Gupta, learned Assistant Government Pleader for the respondent Nos.3, 4, 5 and 7 through video conference.

(2.) The present application, has been filed by the applicants seeking to be joined as party respondents in Special Civil Application No.10405 of 2020.

(3.) Having regard to the submissions made by the learned advocate for the respective parties, so also the averments made in the present application, the present application deserves to be allowed.
