JUDGEMENT

(1.) On 03.04.2019, this Court passed following order:- This civil application which has been filed is for the purpose of seeking following reliefs :

(2.) Considering the order which has been passed by the coordinate bench of this Court after hearing both the sides on 30.11.2018, the Court deems it proper not to consider the request made by the applicant in the present form.

(3.) However, it would be open for the applicant to file separate application for seeking visitation right as it has been prayed for.
