The present application is filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, for regular bail in connection with FIR being C.R.No.11822006200080 of 2020 registered with Billimora Police Station, Navsari for offence under Sections 363 , 366 , 376(2)(j)(n) of the IPC and Sections 5(1) and 6 of POCSO Act.
